Subrata Das’s artworks are mainly focused on these elements, illustrating the Hindu Gods and Goddesses, such as Radha and Krishna. If you look into Subrata’s works, you’ll find that most of them are about gods and goddesses that are portrayed as two young lovers. The protagonists in the works are appreciated because of their
captivating charisma and elegance.
The series of artworks are based on the ancient life of the Hindus, happiness including the various gods who were worshipped at that time. The beasts such as cows, peacocks and other birds along with the beautiful blossoming flowers are majorly found in his works that light up the grace of the painting. The ethical themes revolve around the traditional and modern mixes with the highly skilled figurative techniques used.
